We are located on the Space Coast of Florida only 45 minutes from Orlando International Airport, 1 hour to Orlando and 3 hours to Miami. This offers offers proximity to all the desired popular locations including Disney and most of the theme parks.
The area is well known for it’s top rated schools and many quiet residential neighborhoods. It is home to the Space Center, where rockets are routinely launched. Many high tech companies provide for a stable economy. It also hosts Port Canaveral where the largest cruise ships in the world make this their home port. (Carnival, Disney, Royal Caribbean, etc.)
Just minutes to the coast; surfing, fishing, boating and going to the beach are just some of the favorite local past times. Families are treasured and life is more relaxed here than the more known metropolitan areas.
